Menopause and healthy

In our culture, the menopause is often regarded as a negative step, a time of loss and is sometimes considered a disease or medical treatment necessary. With messages like this in the medical establishment and the media, it is no wonder that many healthy women to develop in the middle of the transfer negative feelings about their bodies. 

What is an average woman over her body to be expected, as they perimenopausal years by their travels (usually mid to late 40s)?  What is a healthy and realistic goal for the Women of Hope, their body composition and body image to improve how they move in recent endocrinological changes in their lives? 

An average woman can expect to earn 2-5 pounds during menopause, most commonly found in the lower abdomen. The main reason that women experience weight gain, the decline in estrogen. The fat cells in areas of the hips, thighs and buttocks were estrogen receptor. The estrogen in most women, most of the hard disk storage of fat in the lower body. As estrogen levels begin to decline, but is losing its grip on estrogen to store fat below the waist and instead begin to appear in the fat of the "pinch-inch" zone of the strip. Usually runs from the navel to the top of the pubic hair hairline. It's like a small carrying bag. I am referring to what is the "menopot" and the great news that it is not connected to deadly diseases medicine. 

Unfortunately, many women at increased risk for acquiring a larger weight in perimenopause and that excess fat is usually deposited on the underside of the abdomen, below the abdominal muscles. I call this toxic weight, because fat is unique in its ability to increase a woman's risk for diabetes, heart disease and cancer. 

One woman noted that she relocate to the fight against the tendency to form a pear, an apple. Along the way she can get frustrated psychological changes and weight gain. 

Through the menopause, most women have a history of rich and fulfilling life that makes them more proud and wise.  

A growing number of women feel less attractive, as they reach menopause. Current American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the reconstruction of Statistics show plastic surgery increased by 47 per cent of 51-64 women per year for five years. The media say, mature women to "slow down the ravages of time" and "reduce the telltale signs of aging." These messages can influence our ideas to focus on ourselves. The older a woman is more difficult to live, to set the beauty of a top of 18th 

So what's the answer?  Women today have many ways they are natural, physical changes through the menopause face. You can promote peace between body and mind in this life transition complex. 

Physical activity has been scientifically proven to increase the confidence of the body and sensuality alive. He is also the key predictor for maintaining a healthy weight. 

Check your diet.  healthy foods. 

Get a life!  If you are lonely, to connect to new forms of social support or with old friends.  Take advantage and enjoy the moment. 

Take walks or hikes in nature.  While menopause is a normal transition and a biological safety, the experience of each woman is unique. Drastic measures to protect the beauty of youth such operations are not appreciated in these great cultures. 
 Finding meaning in volunteering and working, spending time with your family and friends, in nature and see the glory of the ordinary are the streets around us and the acceptance of body image. 

Your body is here to help you "do life" in the most important. Grateful for this recognition and will help you to appreciate, celebrate and take care of your body.
